ZenZone: Empowering Gen Z with Seven Types of Rest is a project co-funded by European Union which aims to help young people (aged 15-19) balance their digital and offline lives using the 7 Types of Rest concept. The project seeks to foster digital resilience and promote mental health among youth belonging to Generation Z, while equipping youth workers with supportive tools to tackle the challenges that youth faces. By implementing this programme, ZenZone strives to help young people reduce digital overload, develop restful hobbies, and enhance their overall well-being in the digital age.
